Free Shipping
Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99. This threshold does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii orders — see below.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the following business day.
Handling Time
All in-stock orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Tax Policy
We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page using your email and order code.
Alaska & Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via Standard Shipping. These orders are not eligible for the $75 free-shipping threshold, and delivery may take 7–14 business days due to longer transit routes.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we're always happy to help track down a misdelivered box.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact help@zutanooutlet.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order code. We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.
